• SIM card security
You can protect your phone against unauthorized use by setting it to
request your PIN code every time the phone is switched on. The PIN code
is usually supplied with the SIM card. If not, contact your service provider.
To change your PIN code, see “Change your PIN code” on page 69.
Note: If you enter an incorrect PIN code 3 times in a row, the SIM card
is blocked and you’ll need to enter the PUK code to unblock.

At the Start screen, press Menu.

Scroll until Settings appears and press the roller.

Scroll until Security settings appears and press the roller.
SIM card security appears on screen.

Press the roller, enter the PIN code, and press OK.

Scroll to On and press the roller.
